Ethan Riley says his favorite part of the job is building innovative solutions for difficult-to-solve problems and having to think “outside of the box” for especially challenging issues. Ethan understands the importance of being a part of a team and is dedicated to integrating himself in our customers’ environments, more akin to a dependable employee, rather than an outsourced fire-fighter. Every system, network, and computer is unique and comes with particular issues that can only be solved by spending time and learning the in’s and out’s of that system; Ethan and ingenuIT are committed to putting in the time necessary to provide the personalized service that our customers have grown to expect.

Ethan has experience working with technology ranging from smart phones, computers and laptops, video conferencing systems, gaming systems, even computer systems on fuel tanks and HVAC systems! Despite working with so much technology and automation daily, he still prefers his cars to be equipped with a manual transmission. He claims that “when you drive a car as slow as mine, you can’t afford to be in the wrong gear.” Ethan was born in Wichita, KS, attended Derby High School, and now lives in Haysville. He lives with his fiancé Hannah, who is a stay-at-home mom caring for their daughter, Everleigh.

In his free time, Ethan is a homebody and likes to play video games, work on his house, and spend quality time with his girls. He has a shitzu-yorkie mix named Itty, who is full grown and weighs in at a whopping 2.5 lbs! He is a big thrill-seeker, never one to turn down a roller coaster or 200-foot face first dive into a canyon off the side of a mountain (Terror-dactyl in Manitou Springs, CO).
